As an advisor and coach, I work with senior executives and their teams to assess each individual company’s opportunities for leadership and organizational development.

Applying tools such as the Strategic Alignment Survey, Senior Team Alignment Survey and Disc, I then — besides my advising on design and implementing an employment brand — develop a unique portfolio that addresses a number of focus areas:

organizational culture and team dynamics (including conflict resolution)
retention and motivation strategies
mentoring programs
employee engagement initiatives
change management

In 2004, I completed a major piece of research on staff loyalty and employers of choice, leading to the launch of my concept “Good Boss ~ Bad Boss”® and resulting in the publication of my first book — THE TALENT WAR, which has proven popular throughout Asia Pacific. My latest book — WINNING THE TALENT WAR — has just gone on sale in Asia and will be released in Australia later this year.

Originally from Australia, I learned through 25 years of practical application what makes for hiring and keeping the best people for a company.

After I relocated to Hong Kong in early 2005, I realized that many companies across Asia are in need of revitalization. And I believe that turning companies into employers of choice and creating a compelling employment brand that attracts the right talent are what drives a business’ success.

I’m an active conference speaker in Asia and Australia, and I use my knowledge base to develop and implement successful change strategies for the companies with which I work.
